You'll work alongside C-suite executives to define our 5-year innovation roadmap while mentoring a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, and data scientists.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Innovation Roadmap with quarterly impact milestones
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough technologies (quantum AI, biocomputing, AR/VR fusion)
- Forge strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT Media Lab, and global research institutions
- Present innovation frameworks to Fortune 500 clients and venture capitalists
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through competitive grant applications
- Mentor 8+ specialists in emerging tech methodologies
- Author annual 'State of 2026' whitepapers published in Nature Technology
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in C-suite or director-level roles
- Proven track record scaling R&D budgets from seed to $10M+
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals (3+ citations)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuromorphic engineering
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and simulation environments (Unity/Unreal)
- Patents or peer-reviewed work in exponential technologies
- Experience with DARPA/IARPA grant processes
- PhD in Computational Physics, Robotics, or equivalent domain expertise
