Your Responsibilities
As a Senior AI Engineer, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of machine learning projects:
- Model Architecture & Deployment: Design, train, and deploy robust deep learning models using Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Optimization: Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and efficiency in production environments.
- Data Strategy: Lead the data engineering team in curating high-quality datasets and building scalable data pipelines.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends by conducting research on novel algorithms and implementing them in prototypes.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and software engineers to integrate AI capabilities into our core platform.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, AI, or data science roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Frameworks: Strong hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems with data-driven solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
