Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI systems and neural network architectures capable of handling billions of parameters.
- Roadmap Planning: Lead the strategic technical roadmap for our 2026 initiatives, bridging the gap between theoretical AI research and practical deployment.
- Model Optimization: Optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and energy efficiency on edge devices and cloud infrastructure.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of talented data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- System Integration: Integrate AI capabilities into broader software ecosystems, ensuring seamless interoperability with legacy systems.
- Risk Management: Identify potential biases in training data and algorithmic outputs to ensure ethical and responsible AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in Machine Learning/AI architecture.
- Core Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Specialization: Strong understanding of Transformer models, GANs, and reinforcement learning.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
