Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum neural network architectures for 2026-era AI applications
- Lead research in quantum machine learning algorithms achieving exponential speedups
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise solutions
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum algorithm performance on emerging hardware
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals and present at IEEE Quantum Week
- Secure $5M+ in government/industry grants for quantum AI initiatives
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum machine learning methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 3+ years postdoc experience
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction techniques
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Strong background in AI/ML with TensorFlow/PyTorch implementation experience
