Responsibilities

- Lead Strategic Roadmap: Define the technical vision for the 2026 Horizon project, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives and emerging tech trends.
- Neural Network Optimization: Oversee the fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Transformer architectures for unprecedented efficiency and accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor a team of elite data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Establish and enforce guidelines for AI safety, bias mitigation, and responsible data usage.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior technical role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++. Familiarity with quantum computing libraries or edge AI hardware is a plus.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of translating complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
