Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable neural network architectures tailored for 2026 standards, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal agents.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead initiatives in Generative AI, reinforcement learning, and quantum-assisted computing integration.
- Ensure Ethical Compliance: Establish and enforce rigorous ethical guidelines and safety protocols for autonomous decision-making systems.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Optimize Performance: Collaborate with infrastructure teams to optimize model inference, reduce latency, and minimize computational costs.
- Future-Proof Strategy: Analyze emerging trends in AI to guide long-term product strategy and technology adoption.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Ray).
- Specialized Knowledge: Proven track record of working with LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), or AI Agents.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous, high-impact problems with innovative technical solutions.
