Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-generation neural network infrastructures capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead a cross-functional team of researchers and engineers to deliver production-ready AI models by Q3 2026.
- Define the long-term technical vision, ensuring alignment with global market trends and regulatory standards.
- Mentor junior talent, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous research to optimize model latency, accuracy, and energy efficiency.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric features.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and data governance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to stakeholders.
