Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 AI Strategy, aligning technical roadmaps with business goals.
- Lead the architecture design for Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI applications.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern, cloud-native AI infrastructure.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (Quantum Computing, Edge AI) to determine feasibility for 2026.
- Ensure all AI solutions comply with ethical guidelines, data privacy laws, and security standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning architecture.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI initiatives from concept to deployment.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps, data pipelines, and model versioning.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders.
