Responsibilities
- Architect Complex Systems: Design and implement scalable, robust AI architectures for Project 2026, focusing on neural networks and predictive modeling.
- Lead Innovation: Spearhead research into emerging technologies, including generative AI and quantum computing integration.
- Code Optimization: Review and optimize high-performance codebases to ensure zero-latency data processing and maximum efficiency.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and product milestones for the 2026 release cycle.
- Security & Ethics: Implement rigorous security protocols and ethical guidelines to ensure responsible AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams through the full software development lifecycle.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
