Responsibilities
- Define the high-level architecture for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Lead the design and implementation of state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex AI concepts into technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Optimize existing AI pipelines to reduce latency and improve inference speeds in production environments.
- Ensure compliance with ethical AI standards and data privacy regulations.
- Research emerging technologies to identify opportunities for competitive advantage in the AI landscape.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of designing large-scale distributed systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
