Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable Machine Learning pipelines and distributed computing systems for Project 2026.
- Lead the technical strategy for deploying large-scale neural networks into high-traffic production environments.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and data scientists to define requirements and translate business objectives into technical solutions.
- Optimize model performance, reduce latency, and maximize resource utilization across heterogeneous hardware.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, software architecture, or a related technical role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and CUDA.
- Strong background in distributed systems and cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep experience with MLOps, data pipelines, and model versioning tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).
- Proven track record of delivering complex AI projects from concept to deployment.
