The Role:
We need a master of algorithms and systems design. You will be responsible for the end-to-end technical lifecycle of our AI models, from theoretical research to production deployment.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, high-performance neural network architectures for Project 2026.
- Model Development: Spearhead the development and fine-tuning of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI systems.
- Technical Strategy: Define the long-term technical roadmap for our AI research and engineering teams.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize inference speeds and reduce computational costs for large-scale deployments.
- Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and coach a team of junior engineers and data scientists.
- Research: Stay at the forefront of industry trends, including Transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and edge AI.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Ray).
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex, non-trivial engineering problems with elegant solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Agile: Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments with a focus on shipping high-quality products.
