Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of scalable AI/ML systems for Project 2026.
- Define and implement best practices for model training, deployment, and monitoring in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Engineering, Product) to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Optimize existing algorithms to enhance performance, accuracy, and energy efficiency.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, evaluating and integrating emerging technologies like Quantum AI.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven experience leading technical projects from conception through to successful launch.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
