Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure and distributed computing systems capable of processing exabyte-scale datasets.
- R&D Strategy: Lead the research and development of novel algorithms, focusing on reinforcement learning, natural language processing, and neural architecture search.
- System Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and feature engineering to model deployment and monitoring.
- Talent Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including product managers, ethicists, and security experts to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to rigorous ethical guidelines, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 4 years in a senior or architect-level role.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA. Strong experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models in production environments.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle ambiguous problems with creative, data-driven solutions.
