Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic AI Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for our upcoming product releases, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Architect Scalable ML Systems: Design and deploy robust machine learning infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data and real-time inference.
- Research & Development: Push the boundaries of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision, publishing research papers and open-sourcing key algorithms.
- Model Optimization: Improve model accuracy and reduce latency through advanced fine-tuning and distributed computing techniques.
- Technical Mentorship: Lead a team of talented engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to translate complex AI concepts into user-friendly applications.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or applied research.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
- Deep Learning: Strong foundation in deep learning architectures (Transformers, CNNs, RNNs).
- Cloud Expertise: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with data-driven solutions.
