Responsibilities
- Architect LLM Pipelines: Design and implement robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and fine-tuning strategies for proprietary datasets.
- Production Optimization: Optimize model inference speed and memory usage for real-time, high-volume applications.
- System Integration: Bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and practical, user-facing product features.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish guidelines and guardrails to ensure model safety, bias mitigation, and compliance with evolving regulations.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards across the AI team.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Modeling: Extensive experience with Transformer architectures, LLMs (GPT, Llama, Claude), and prompt engineering frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a focus on deploying models to production.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to debug complex distributed systems and optimize GPU utilization.
