Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for emerging technologies, identifying high-impact opportunities for AI integration.
- Lead High-Impact AI Projects: Architect and oversee the development of scalable machine learning models and neural networks.
- Conduct Feasibility Studies: Analyze emerging tech trends (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Edge AI) to assess viability for enterprise deployment.
- Collaborate with Product Teams: Translate complex technical requirements into actionable engineering specifications.
- Oversee Cloud Modernization: Drive the migration and optimization of cloud infrastructure to support next-gen workloads.
- Mentor Engineering Teams: Foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence by mentoring senior engineers and data scientists.
Qualifications
- 10+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in software engineering, technical architecture, or AI research leadership.
- Expertise in AI/ML: Deep understanding of Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and NLP.
- System Design: Strong background in System Design, Scalability, and High Availability architecture.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from conception to deployment.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in Agile or Waterfall methodologies with a focus on rapid iteration.
