- Model Development: Spearhead the development and fine-tuning of advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural architectures.
- Team Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to define technical strategies and roadmaps for future AI products.
- Ethical AI: Establish and enforce guidelines for ethical AI development, ensuring fairness, transparency, and accountability in automated systems.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize inference speeds and reduce latency in real-time AI applications.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
