Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Large Language Models (LLMs) designed for 2026 enterprise standards.
- Lead the research and implementation of AI 2026 trends, including autonomous agents and multimodal learning systems.
- Optimize model inference latency and accuracy across distributed cloud environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product pipelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for ethical AI and responsible deployment.
- Define the technical roadmap for our AI infrastructure through Q4 2026 and beyond.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and high-availability systems.
- Experience with Generative AI, LLM fine-tuning, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects from conception to production.
