Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI models and infrastructure for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Define technical strategies for Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) integration across enterprise solutions.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and inference costs for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and security experts.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, CI/CD, and ethical AI governance.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying production-grade LLM applications.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) and RAG architectures.
