Responsibilities

- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into robust, ethical AI solutions.
- Governance & Ethics: Establish and enforce AI governance frameworks, focusing on ethical guidelines, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize model inference speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency within cloud-native environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of software engineering experience with a specific focus on AI/ML architecture and deployment.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Infrastructure: Proven track record designing large-scale distributed systems using Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS or GCP.
- AI Ethics: Strong understanding of AI ethics, explainable AI (XAI), and regulatory compliance in the tech industry.
- Leadership: Excellent communication skills and a history of leading cross-functional engineering teams through complex technical challenges.
