Responsibilities

- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives in Generative AI and Neural Networks to stay ahead of the curve.
- System Integration: Bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical deployment, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize model accuracy, latency, and throughput for production environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architecture or leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of leading technical discussions.
