Responsibilities
- Define and execute the AI strategy and technical roadmap leading up to and through 2026.
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models and neural networks.
- Lead a team of top-tier engineers in researching and implementing emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into product ecosystems.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy, and algorithmic fairness.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and large language models (LLMs).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing high-performing engineering teams.
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and their application to optimization problems.
