Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance LLM architectures tailored for enterprise applications.
- Lead research initiatives into emerging AI paradigms, including multimodal models and autonomous agents.
- Optimize inference pipelines to reduce latency and cost while maximizing output quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production environments.
- Establish best practices for model governance, safety, and bias mitigation.
- Mentor a team of high-performing engineers and data scientists.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on Deep Learning and NLP.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow with a deep understanding of backend systems.
- Experience with model fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and vector databases.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical strategy and mentor junior engineers.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization.
