Responsibilities

- Lead scenario planning for disruptive innovations (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Design strategic roadmaps for emerging product ecosystems
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops on future-state opportunities
- Produce executive-grade trend analysis and disruption risk assessments
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-critical technologies
- Represent company at global futurism and innovation summits
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi)
- Advanced degree in Strategy, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Experience in high-growth tech or deep-tech environments
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-relevant commercial initiatives
