Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision and architectural roadmap for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead a cross-functional team of AI engineers, data scientists, and product managers to drive product delivery.
- Design scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems capable of handling high-velocity data streams.
- Establish coding standards, review critical code, and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Stay abreast of cutting-edge advancements in AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Oversee the integration of third-party APIs and ensure system security and compliance.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Principal Engineer role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven experience designing microservices and large-scale distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Demonstrated track record of leading high-performing engineering teams.
