Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the deployment of scalable AI models and infrastructure pipelines capable of handling enterprise-grade data loads.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating emerging technologies (e.g., LLMs, Transformers) to integrate into our core product suite.
- System Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in current systems and implement high-performance solutions to reduce latency and improve efficiency.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable architectural strategies.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to rigorous security protocols and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field. PhD is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI/ML infrastructure.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Deep understanding of MLOps tools (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Architecture: Strong experience designing microservices and distributed systems.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
