Responsibilities
- Design and prototype next-gen systems integrating quantum computing, blockchain, and neural interfaces
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, ethicists, and futurists
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Secure partnerships with NASA, CERN, and leading academic institutions
- Present findings at global tech summits (Davos, Web Summit)
- Drive innovation sprints with 48-hour rapid prototyping cycles
- Mentor emerging talent in our Future Tech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurology
- 5+ years in emerging tech R&D with proven commercialization
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum or AI applications
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Experience securing $1M+ in innovation grants
- Portfolio demonstrating 10+ deployed solutions with societal impact
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming frameworks
- Strong ethical framework for responsible innovation
