Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for AI systems targeting the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead the design and implementation of large-scale Machine Learning pipelines and data architectures.
- Optimize neural network models for real-time inference and edge deployment scenarios.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI engineering and code quality.
- Collaborate with product managers to integrate advanced AI capabilities into consumer products.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure system reliability.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in Deep Learning and NLP to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow/Keras.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization.
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and model versioning strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of leading technical teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
