Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Design: Spearhead the design of scalable AI frameworks capable of processing petabytes of real-time data using neural networks and edge computing principles.
- Model Optimization: Drive the research and implementation of Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning strategies to enhance system performance and accuracy.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the deployment of models to cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and security compliance.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with data scientists, backend engineers, and product managers to define technical roadmaps and deliver innovative solutions.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Establish governance frameworks to ensure AI outputs are unbiased, transparent, and adhere to global regulatory standards.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and data engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a specific focus on AI/ML architecture and deep learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and scalable data pipelines.
- Specialization: Proven track record in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
