Responsibilities

- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead internal research into next-gen Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning frameworks.

- Engineering Excellence: Establish rigorous code standards and mentor a team of elite engineers to ensure architectural integrity.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and security experts to align technical vision with business goals.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
