Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Machine Learning models and neural network infrastructures.
- Lead research initiatives in Generative AI, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Engineering, Product) to integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model training, and ethical AI compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Optimize existing algorithms to improve latency, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML architecture and software engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale LLMs and generative models.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and MLOps pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders.
