Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Lead the research and development of Generative AI models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Optimize model inference for low-latency, high-throughput production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and implement novel architectures.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering or Data Science.
- Deep expertise in Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages, specifically Python and SQL.
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying AI models that have a measurable business impact.
