Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and architectural vision for AI initiatives targeting the 2026 timeframe.
- System Design: Design scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure using modern cloud architectures and edge computing.
- Leadership: Mentor a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate cutting-edge breakthroughs into our core products.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think long-term and architect systems for future scalability.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
