As a key player in our R&D division, you will not just write code; you will architect the brain of our future products. We are seeking a candidate who thrives in ambiguity and is obsessed with pushing the boundaries of what is possible with Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable deep learning models for production environments.
- Lead research initiatives in multimodal AI and next-gen neural architectures.
- Optimize model inference latency and efficiency for edge and cloud deployment.
- Mentor a team of world-class data scientists and machine learning engineers.
- Define technical roadmaps for AI capabilities aligned with 2026 strategic goals.
- Ensure ethical AI compliance, data privacy, and robust security protocols.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in building and scaling production ML systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and RAG pipelines.
- Experience with MLOps, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Strong track record of translating complex AI concepts into business value.
