Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and implement high-scale AI architectures for the 2026 platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Research & Development: Lead the R&D efforts in emerging AI paradigms, including generative models and quantum-ready algorithms.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 release cycle, aligning engineering goals with business objectives.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of model inference and training pipelines to reduce latency and increase throughput.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges in large-scale distributed systems.
- Innovation: Deep understanding of the latest advancements in AI, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Neural Networks.
- Soft Skills: Excellent leadership abilities and strong communication skills.
