Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable AI and machine learning infrastructure for enterprise-level applications.
- Lead research initiatives to pioneer novel algorithms and models for the 2026 tech ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product offerings.
- Oversee the full machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion to model deployment and MLOps.
- Ensure AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Deep proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Java.
- Experience with distributed computing systems, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and MLOps tools.
- Proven track record of delivering complex AI projects from concept to production.
- Strong understanding of neural networks, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
