Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the 2026 strategic AI roadmap, ensuring scalability and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding data scientists, engineers, and product managersâto translate complex concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum-ready algorithms) into existing product ecosystems.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous technical due diligence on third-party AI vendors and open-source solutions.
- Drive the definition of performance benchmarks and KPIs for AI model accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning architecture.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact projects with a direct impact on business strategy and revenue.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps practices.
- Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed systems.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Masterâs degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related field is highly preferred.
