Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable, robust AI architectures capable of supporting the demands of 2026 and beyond, including generative AI and predictive analytics.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI initiatives, aligning complex algorithms with business objectives and long-term growth.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve model accuracy, latency, and throughput in production environments.
- Ethical AI Governance: Implement frameworks to ensure AI models are fair, transparent, and compliant with evolving data privacy regulations.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into the user experience.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering or machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks. Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and deliver results on time.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
