Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge neural network architectures for large-scale language models and autonomous agents.
- Oversee the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Lead architectural decisions that balance performance optimization with computational efficiency and cost.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver AI-powered features.
- Mentor junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, bias mitigation protocols, and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, data science, or AI architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale models into production environments using MLOps tools.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic workflows.
