Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure pipelines optimized for high-performance computing.
- Lead architectural decisions for integrating emerging 2026-era technologies, including advanced LLMs and edge AI.
- Collaborate with data scientists to translate research prototypes into production-grade models.
- Optimize GPU cluster performance and resource allocation for training large-scale neural networks.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, CI/CD, and model governance within the engineering team.
- Conduct technical due diligence for third-party AI vendors and partnerships.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and modern machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experience with high-performance computing (HPC) environments and GPU acceleration (CUDA).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex architectural transitions.
