Responsibilities
- Architect AI Solutions: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and large language model architectures tailored for the 2026 product suite.
- Strategic Roadmap: Define the technical vision and long-term strategy for AI adoption within the organization.
- System Optimization: Oversee the optimization of neural networks and inference engines to ensure high performance in production environments.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Research Integration: Evaluate and integrate emerging AI research papers and technologies into the company's core stack.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural capacity.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and drive complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of solving complex algorithmic challenges.
