Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Strategy: Design and oversee the implementation of the 2026 AI ecosystem, focusing on multimodal learning and autonomous decision-making frameworks.
- Model Performance Engineering: Optimize complex neural networks for low-latency inference and high-throughput processing in real-time environments.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with research scientists to integrate cutting-edge algorithms into production-grade software stacks.
- Infrastructure Scalability: Build and maintain MLOps pipelines using Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies to support enterprise-scale deployments.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Technical Core: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- System Design: Extensive experience with distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- AI Expertise: Proven track record of deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI applications.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot complex system bottlenecks and drive architectural improvements.
