Responsibilities
- Architect AI Solutions: Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and neural network architectures for enterprise applications.
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define the technical vision and execution plan for our upcoming 2026 product releases, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Optimize Infrastructure: Enhance MLOps pipelines to improve model training speed, accuracy, and deployment efficiency.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor a team of data scientists and junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and designers, to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- R&D: Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, Deep Learning, and NLP to propose innovative features and improvements.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn. Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical challenges and optimize system performance under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
