Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines for high-volume data processing.
- Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 AI roadmap, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and edge computing.
- Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly applications.
- Optimize model performance and reduce inference latency for real-time applications.
- Ensure data security, privacy, and ethical AI practices across all projects.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field (preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong portfolio of deployed models.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools.
- Experience designing systems for distributed computing and cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced startup environments.
