Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 AI Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for our upcoming generative AI suite and autonomous systems.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems for large-scale machine learning training and inference.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment and fine-tuning of LLMs (Large Language Models) to ensure high performance and low latency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of talented AI engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience building and deploying production-level AI/ML systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Cloud Expertise: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
