Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with C-level executives to create a comprehensive technological strategy that positions Nexus as a market leader in the next generation of AI.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement robust, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of handling high-throughput data streams and complex model training.
- Lead Model Development: Oversee the research and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural networks, optimizing for accuracy and latency.
- Mentorship: Build and lead a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to ensure seamless integration of AI features into consumer products.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
