Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the design of end-to-end AI/ML systems, from data ingestion to model inference.
- Define and implement the technical roadmap for our 2026 product suite, focusing on LLM optimization and ethical AI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, and Design) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring to ensure production stability.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, specifically around Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and multimodal models.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML models into production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering strategies.
