Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic technical vision for AI agents and generative models, ensuring alignment with our long-term business goals.
- System Architecture: Design and implement robust, scalable microservices architecture for complex AI workloads.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the fine-tuning and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific industry verticals.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Establish and enforce best practices for responsible AI, bias mitigation, and data privacy.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks. Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Specialized Knowledge: Experience with Agentic AI, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and vector databases is highly desirable.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
