Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and execution of AI initiatives designed to be market-ready by 2026.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable neural network architectures capable of handling enterprise-grade data volumes.
- Pioneering Research: Spearhead research into next-gen AI paradigms, including generative models and autonomous agent frameworks.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into our ecosystem.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the training, fine-tuning, and optimization of large language models to ensure peak performance and efficiency.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Establish and enforce best practices for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of translating abstract research concepts into tangible, scalable product features.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
